What is Sublingual administration?
Sublingual comes from the Latin for “under the tongue”, it refers to the pharmacological route of administration by which substances diffuse into the blood through tissues under the tongue. This is ideal for people who dislike pills, capsules and other delivery methods. It is also necessary for products destroyed by the function of the stomach.
To administer, take sublingually by placing a few drops under your tongue (approx 1ml) and leave there for 2mins 30secs + before rinsing or swallowing.
Do not put the drops into drinks or swallow or they will not work. You can find more info about taking products sublingually on google and our website.
Drops can be taken any time of day and do not need to be taken before exposure, please be aware you will need sunlight or sun beds for these to work correctly.
